Welcome to The Muscle Wellness Centre

The Muscle Wellness Centre, situated within the thriving Rosanna village compliments the

already existing alternative healthcare practices.

TMWC's focus is to promote 'Excellence in Muscle Health' through the assessment,

treatment, management and rehabilitation of soft tissue structures (muscles, ligaments,

tendons and fascia) within the human body.

Stress, tension, muscular aches, pains, injury, overuse syndromes, myofascial trigger points/tightness, pain referral patterns and tendon problems all play a role in placing our bodies under extra load. Without expert treatment, these problems can escalate and lead us to experience decreased range of movement, reduced muscular strength, muscular dysfunction and muscular discomfort within our body.

It is The Muscle Wellness Centre's aim to assist our clients in achieving 'Excellence in Muscle Health' through decreasing their pain as well as educating and empowering them to manage their own muscular problems through addressing the cause as well as the symptoms.
